Ayurvedic -- A Unique Traditional Healing and Skin Care Approach

India is the pedestal of the emergence of Ayurvedic health and skin care approaches. Such health and skin care methods were instigated by the local medical practitioners in more than 5000 years past. Traditional therapeutic perceptive combined with psychological and philosophical views are the bases of Ayurvedic skin care and healing procedures in the past. The local people who practiced such kind of healing methods are referred to as the Ayurvedas.

Ayurvedic Skin Care Beliefs

The Ayurvedic techique for skin care is considered consecrated. The main procedure involves the human body, mind and spirit. In the conventional Ayurvedic method, faith from the practitioner would be necessary, in obtaining affirmative upshots. The rationale behind this notion is the theory that states, nature seizes three vital elements, which are believed to correlate with the human body. These three are named as Kapha, Vata and Pitta.

The human hairs and skin are said to compose seven natural elements, which came out of the combination of basic three principles. These include the first three, plus the collective elements as such Vata-Pitta-Kapha, Vata-Pitta, Pitta-Kapha, and Vata-Kapha.

Majority of the people are theoretically supposed to fit into a merging of two or three elemental principles. Knowing which principle a person falls, is then a potential contributing factor to thrive with the conventional Ayurvedic health and skin care methods. Yet, significant modifications are already applied in the contemporary Ayurvedic approach, which still brings affirmative results in both healing and skin care processes.
