Laser mole removal

Laser technology is being widely used to remove moles. Laser mole removal works by sealing blood vessels and when tissues are removed, these tissues are evaporated. Once the procedure is over, there would be a scab formed in the place where the mole once was and this scab usually takes a week or two to fall off. After the scab falls off, there will usually be mild inflammation of the skin, which will reduce as time goes by. This treatment method can be effectively used for moles which are flat and brown or black in color. This process does not require any kind of anesthesia and rules out the requirement of cuts on the skin surface for mole removal. Usually, three sessions will be required to complete the process and remove moles completely. There is no pain associated with this process. Some people have reported a slight tingling of skin and there are some who have stated that the feel of the laser pulse against the skin causes mild discomfort similar to that of the snapping of a rubber band against the skin. Laser mole removal is not recommended for very large moles or moles that are elevated from the skin. It is also rather expensive and is not used for deep moles.
