Does Vitamin E Repair Rough Skin?

Vitamin E is a vitamin supplement that actually helps a person’s immune system function kill off damaged cells from UV rays and helps produce new skin cells, which helps to prevent skin cancer. Skin is composed of fatty acids and Vitamin E that is made naturally within the human body. Vitamin E protects these fatty acids from UV damaging rays and other free radical damage.

It is also known to help ease inflammation of the skin when used topically.
